are a new form of UK business entity. It is taxed as a partnership, but has the benefit of being a corporate entity, and its members have limited liability.
We will send you an application form (LLP2) for all the proposed members to complete and sign, and a draft agreement for you to amend as appropriate. Once you have returned the form to us we will incorporate your LLP. This takes approximately 5 working days.

LLP formations are not currently available on the 24 hour service.

Combined Company register

1 Statutory Register of Charges and Debentures
1 Non-Statutory Register of Members
1 Non-Statutory Register of Sealings
