When mixed with hot or cold water, Grease Filter Cleaning Crystals form an alkaline solution which is non-caustic and non toxic. This chemical is used extensively by food manufacturers because of its safety and its ability to cut through grease. A 10 kilo tub will mix up over 100 gallons (450 litres) of cleaning solution. For Cleaning: Grease filters, walls, floors, work tops, utensils, machinery, drink pipe lines & is dishwasher safe.
